Flow Yoga

A breath-centered movement class that gently links postures together to build strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. Students move through a flowing sequence designed to energize the body while calming the mind. LSD — Long Slow Deep Stretch

A deeply restorative stretch experience designed to open the muscles surrounding the hip joints, improve mobility, and support better spinal alignment. This class combines long-held stretches, mindful breathing, gentle mobility work, and nervous system regulation to release deep tension held within the body. Students are guided through intentional movements and supported postures that help increase flexibility, improve posture, and create a greater sense of physical and emotional ease.
